Cancellation 

Due to the unique nature of handmade products, returns or exchanges without valid reasons are not supported. If you need after-sales service for the stress relief squishy, please provide a complete unboxing video. Returns or exchanges are not supported without an unboxing video. Please make sure before placing your order.
Different production batches may result in slight variations in texture.
If it has been over 24 hours after the order placed and I have prepared your goods and scheduled a shipment, but you still insist on canceling the order, we can only refund 60% of the total amount paid.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 24 hours after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return,you can contact us at service@fufusquishy.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep a tracking number when sending out your package as proof.The FUFUSQUISHY is not responsible for lost return packages and it is the customer's responsibility to locate the package with the mail carrier if the package gets lost

Please choose and consider carefully when placing an order. Please note our standard shipping time. If the goods have already been dispatched and are in transit, and have not exceeded the scheduled delivery date, if you insist on a refund, we can only refund 60% of the total price of the goods to you. Due to tariffs and other country-specific charges unrelated to Fufusquishy, customers are required to make corresponding payments according to their own country's policies and requirements. Fufusquishy does not accept returns or refunds resulting from these charges. We do not accept any refunds for items that have already been received, unless there is an error caused by the seller, such as if you receive the wrong item or receiving a damaged item, you can apply for a return or exchange. In such cases, please take a video of the unused products and send them to us. Once we confirm, we will arrange the return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable once made.We will not allow Klarna and Afterpay for gift card purchases.
Please be aware that Klarna and Afterpay cannot be used for the booking of services and consultations.

Free gift items are randomly selected and cannot be chosen.
Upon receiving the package, please check for any damages. If there is any damage, a video of unboxing must be recorded. The unboxing video is the only standard for after-sales service! Any damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@fufusquishy.com .
Please contact our Customer service at service@fufusquishy.com to get the return address. Our customer service team will respond to you within 72 hours as soon as possible.
